The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) (Administrator Yoon Young-bin) has announced that the launch date of the space telescope SphereX, jointly developed by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (President Park Jang-hyun) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), has been postponed by one day from February 28th to March 1st at 12:09 PM (19:09 local time on the 28th). SphereX
is scheduled to be launched aboard SpaceX's Falcon 9 launch vehicle. It has been confirmed that more time is needed for the Falcon 9's liftoff preparation phase. SphereX has completed final preparations for launch and is currently on standby. It will launch from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, USA.
